One of the most powerful locomotives in Germany is the class 232. They were built by Voroshilovgrad Locomotive works in the former Sovjet Union and delivered for the German State Railway in the GDR. Today they are still in use in front of the heavy freight trains all around Germany. Check out my review of the Trix model.
