I have been a member of the Trix Club for ages. I enjoy the magazine and the club materials that
I receive. Each year Trix also releases a special wagon just for club members. You get the wagon
as part of your membership fee. Check them all out!

The Trix C track is a derivative of the Märklin C track. Derivative means that some track pieces
are not included in the Trix range. This means that you have to make them yourself if you want
them. I have made a slim crossing track by converting the Märklin crossing track to 2-rail
operation.

The Märklin point mechanism for the C track has some nice accessories in the bag that comes with
it. I use them to indicate digital and remote controlled points from the manually controlled
points.

One of the most powerful locomotives in Germany is the class 232. They were built by
Voroshilovgrad Locomotive works in the former Sovjet Union and delivered for the German State
Railway in the GDR. Today they are still in use in front of the heavy freight trains all around
Germany. Check out my review of the Trix model.
