The Trix LINT 27 (product number 22271) is a cheap entry
level model. That means sparse detailing, no sound and headlights only. That should not stop you
from getting it though. In this article I describe how you can upgrade the model with all the
bells and whistles from the more feature rich Märklin counterpart.

This year NOCH has released a
new set of platforms designed to be used with C-track from Trix and Märklin. This new set of
platforms comes with an added height that brings them up to match the C-track height. I ordered

The class 152 in the Porsche livery (Trix model 22200) were part of a campaign by Porsche to
deliver parts and new cars using the rail network. A long with the class 152, a class 182
"Taurus" got the same livery (Trix model 22911). I got my hands on a defect model and repaired
it to run again. This article explains what I did.
